Our Location
We are conveniently located just off the main highway, a few minutes east of Downtown Sosua and about 10 minutes west of Cabarete.
Our facility is just east of "David's Tire Shop", behind "Varma Gas" in the community of Residencial Bahia del Coral. Located across the street from Ocean Village. See the larger map for directions and more information.
Our Rates
We offer several storage unit sizes and spaces:
- Storage units starting as low as $19 US per month.
- We also offer covered and uncovered vehicle or boat storage from $36 per month.
Want us to sell your vehicle or items?
- Photocopy of the owners passport or cedula.
- Leave the original Matricula for the vehicle with modern storage.
- Pre-sign a bill of sale, provided by modern self storage.
- Sign a limited power of attorney, provided by modern self storage
- Sign and agree to a commission agreement of 10% of the sale price
- Provide contact and banking information
